I must admit…my home is my favorite place to be!  It’s where my children are, my dogs, cats, parrot and fish.  Yes, it’s a full house! 

As your personal Buyer's Agent, I will find the right home for you.  I will listen to what you’re looking for in your new home.  I will learn a little about your tastes, your lifestyle and your preferences before we start looking.  I will use the tools of my profession to find homes for sale that match your search criteria.

To make the most of our time together, I will preview homes for you and then schedule appointments to go and show you the ones that are the best candidates for your first or your next home purchase.

If you’re looking for a newly constructed home, we will tour the new home communities in the area to find the best properties.  I am a Certified New Home Specialist. (CNHS)

Once you have found a home that you want to make an offer on, we will do our research to find out what a fair asking price is for that home.  I will negotiate on your behalf so that you can get the best price and terms mutually agreed upon in the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Earnest Money Provision.  We will communicate from the first day of our search until the successful closing as there are many steps to take in the process of buying a home.  I will be with you every step of the way.  My 15 years of experience working with all types of real estate buyers will help ensure you a wonderful transaction with lasting memories and an equity building investment for your future.
