Once you have found a home that you want to make an offer on, we will do our research to find out what a fair asking price is for that home.  I will negotiate on your behalf so that you can get the best price and terms mutually agreed upon in the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Earnest Money Provision.  We will communicate from the first day of our search until the successful closing as there are many steps to take in the process of buying a home.  I will be with you every step of the way.  My 15 years of experience working with all types of real estate buyers will help ensure you a wonderful transaction with lasting memories and an equity building investment for your future.
